It has been a pleasure to have James help with our IT and phones in our new chiropractic centre. His knowledge is exceptional and he is open and honest about what is required. There have been a couple of hurdles with the building works which had an impact on the installation but James has taken this in his stride and has been called out at short notice to ensure we were open on time. James is the best advert for a computer technician you could possibly have. We called him when our computer died, and he came to the house the next day. In the end he had to take the computer to the workshop, but returned it 2 days later in perfect working order. What makes James stand out from the rest? He answers the phone himself; no recording a message to a workman who never gets back to you. He was able to visit us the next day (I realise that this may not always be possible, but he did for us). He was straight with us; giving us all our options. He gave quotes for all options, and stuck to it. Communication great at all times. Can't rate him highly enough, he is the real deal.

Recently we had our email address cloned and were receiving unsolicited emails purporting to be sent from our Outbox. We contacted James and received a prompt response, even though he was away on holiday. He provided detailed information on what steps we needed to take to preserve the integrity of our email account and protect any damage to our pc. He kept the matter under review until he was able to visit us and carry out various checks. We have used ServiceByte to sort out all our computer and printer issues for several years now and James has always responded promptly with all problems resolved efficiently. Took my iMac into James as it wouldn't load up properly. Stupidly I hadn't backed up my desktop onto the cloud so I was hoping he could retrieve what was on it for me and fix the laptop. Unfortunately it was the hard drive itself that was faulty. James has replaced this and also upgraded the memory chip and it is now working better than before. He also informed me about forensic recovery of the hard drive to recover my lost data, something I wasn't really aware of. The hard drive has been sent away and it's looking hopeful for recovery, great news! James certainly knows his stuff! Would highly recommend, great knowledge, great service and very reasonable priced.
James did a great job helping me move from a Dell PC to a Mac. Visited our home office and transferred over many years of content and records and provided some on line support later in the day as well.Ian Barratt
